You can not add people to the blog. I sent her an address at the email address you listed. I am the only person with admin ability to add or delete people from the "author" list.
As far as the calendar goes, you don't have to do anything right now. Steph and I are testing it. If you have items you would liked added to the calendar, you can forward them to me or to Steph until we have it all figured out.
